Miles Fisher is an American actor and musician. He was born in Dallas, Texas, to Richard W. Fisher and Nancy Miles Collins. Richard was the President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, from 2005 to 2015.
His paternal grandfather, Leslie Welton Fisher, was from Queensland, Australia. His paternal grandmother, Magnhild Andersen, was Norwegian. They met in South Africa and moved to the U.S. later on.
His maternal grandparents were James Mitchell Collins and Dorothy Colville Dann. James was a Republican who represented the Third Congressional District of Texas, from 1968 to 1983.
