RedOne is a Moroccan-Swedish songwriter, musician, record producer and record executive. He has produced international hits for artists like Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias or Nicki Minaj. In 2011 he received the Moroccan Royal Award for intellectual excellence.
RedOne was born in Tétouan, in northern Morocco and moved to Sweden at 19 years old to pursue a music career. He later moved to the United States in 2007. He is married to Dutch-Moroccan fashion designer Laila Aziz with whom he has two children.
