Ariana Savala is an American singer, songwriter and burlesque performer, known for her participations in Postmodern Jukebox. She is the daughter of Julie Ann Hovland and Aristotelis “Telly” Savalas, a well known American actor of Greek orgin.

George Sr. was the son of Peter Anton Hovland and Bolly Marie Gregersdatter, both Norwegian immigrants from Nøtterøy, Vestfold. Gertrude parents were born in Germany, likely of German descent.
