Hanumankind gained widespread recognition both in India and abroad with his hit track “Big Dawgs.” In 2024, he made his acting debut in the Malayalam film Rifle Club.
Hanumankind was born as Sooraj Cherukat into a Malayali family in Kondotty, Kerala, India. He has lived in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Italy, before moving to the United States as a child. He returned to India in 2012 for university.
