Pedro Tovar is an American singer, of regional Mexican music. He is the lead vocalist and primary songwriter for, and a founding member of, Eslabón Armado, a regional Mexican music group. His brother, Brian Tovar, and Gabriel Hidalgo have also been members of the group. Eslabón Armado are primarily known for their song “Ella Baila Sola,” with Peso Pluma.
He grew up in Patterson, California.
